How to protect yourself from Corona

1. Clean your hands often

• Wash your hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public places.

• If soap is not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with hands.

2. Avoid close contact

• Avoid close contact with people.

• Keep at least 1 meter distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is important for people who are at higher risk of getting sick.

3. Wear a face mask

• Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

• Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.

• Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

• Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.

• To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of mask). Discard immediately in a closed bin and clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

• Wear face mask when you are going to office, school or any public places.
